Children under 2 years are free of charge (not counted as 'extra persons').
Validity
Vouchers are valid at all Passing Through campervan parks for one year from the date of purchase. Surcharges apply to specified parks as detailed below and denoted in the campervan park list. Participating campervan parks are listed here. Should a campervan park choose to no longer participate 90 days notice will be provided and the date of withdrawl will be clearly stated in its listing for the duration of that 90-day period.
Park surcharges
As with all accommodation providers, some campervan parks have higher costs (usually due to prime locations) or provide higher-quality facilities, so a small number of the Passing Through campervan parks have a NZ$15 per night surcharge payable in addition to the standard voucher cost. The applicable parks are clearly denoted on the holiday park list and the surcharge is also listed on the park's individual web page. The surcharge is payable directly to the holiday park operator at the time of your stay.
Refund policy
Unused vouchers may be returned to us by post for a refund up to 90 days after expiry (that is, one year and 90 days after purchase). Alternatively, the voucher numbers can be emailed to us. Our postal and email addressed are listed on the Contact us page. A 25% penalty applies to all refunds.
Reservations
We strongly recommend pre-booking with the park operator during peak seasons in the most popular tourist spots (such as Taupo, the Coromandel, Queenstown, and Wanaka).
